At Green Design, we know many of the builders, architects, interior designers, suppliers, and end users (clients) we work with, are using CSR plans. It’s important to source organisations that are aligned to ensure overall best outcomes for our people, planet, and profit. If you are a socially responsible company, we hope to work with you!
After 40 years of indoor plant hire, we’ve turned our positive community and environment influence into a more formal structure. We have now prepared a more focused and measured strategy for supporting our CSR plan.

Green Design are keen to become Carbon Neutral by 2030.
We have recently worked out our baseline so that we can work on the plan to get us to Zero carbon emissions. Although we couldn’t measure our carbon output sooner, it doesn’t mean we couldn’t get started on our march to Zero and our team had already started reducing our carbon output. Here are actions we are taking.
Reusing and Recycling has always been important
In 2022, we embraced planters crafted from ocean debris such as fishing nets, cork, and other sustainable materials, emphasising our commitment to responsible choices! Both our polystyrene and our ocean planters are virtually indestructible and can be recycled.
We now own some 20,000 sustainable planters! By owning our own paint shed, we can reuse our planters on an ongoing basis. We constantly innovate to do our part for clean oceans and less landfill.
