After more than 15 years of installing and maintaining Green Walls and Living Wall systems, we want to put an end to people thinking living walls are hard t install, problematic or high maintenance. We grow indoor plants for various reasons, the common reasons being for decorative purposes, positive psychological effects, or health reasons such as indoor air purification. In keeping with this, it is necessary that proper attention is paid to the correct size and type of planter pots in which these plants are planted.

Due to the variety of plants, the tree in the entry, stunning joinery plants, hanging plants, desk pots and floor plants, we thought this installation was deserving of an entry in the inaugural Interior Plantscape Industry awards. When it comes to the final product, we made this office feel like an urbane jungle!

Green walls and Vertical Gardens are continuing to rise in popularity. Perhaps this is because growing plants vertically, either on the walls or in frames, brings an added aesthetic value to an office without taking up valuable floor space. The concept has been around since the 1930s, but in recent years has come into prominence with architects and building owners supporting it.
