Choosing an Indoor Plant Hire Company

In choosing an Indoor Plant Hire company,  you are setting up (hopefully) a long term relationship with a company, whose personnel will have access to most of your office on a regular basis, and in whose hands you place a significant part of the image you create when customers visit you.

It is suggested that some consideration should be given to the following when choosing an Indoor Plant Hire company.

  • What is his/her experience in the Industry?
Obviously a company that has been operating in the industry for 20 years would be a lesser risk in assessing performance then a 6 months old company.

  • How professional are they?
You would want to be sure that the company has an efficient accounting and record keeping system, and will respond quickly to problems or variations to the Contract.

If they are a member of an industry association, and/or if they have a recognised Quality System in place, you can have some confidence in their professionalism.

  • How reliable are they, and is their workmanship up to what I expect?

Here a check on references of contracts of similar size and nature is a must.

  • What about Security?

Clean and easily recognisable uniforms are important, if not, how do you know who enters your office.
